Description of Duties:

People to People International (PTPI), the administrator of the Operation International Children program, is seeking volunteers to help assemble School Supply Kits. The kits are assembled at the OIC Warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri. From there they are shipped to Afghanistan and other countries with a U.S. Military presence, then distributed by U.S. troops to children in need.

Individuals, small groups, families, clubs, etc. are encouraged to schedule a volunteer time! For students required to do community service hours, this is a great way to get involved in something heart-warming and fun at the same time!

Come with a smile, patience and a spirit of fun! Help is needed with both assembling kits and sorting incoming shipments. Water will be provided, however, please bring a snack if necessary.
